(1) Tour itinerary is as per the confirmed itinerary
(2) Package inclusions and exclusions are as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary
(3) Travel insurance is not part of this package
(4) Tour operator is not responsible for loss of property or damage which may arise while on tour, subject to consumer law of New Zealand
(5) Full payment is to be made at the time of booking the tour
(6) Cancellation charges after confirmation
a. NZ$ 100 per person if cancelled 15 days or earlier
b. 50% of tour cost if cancelled 7 to 14 days before tour
c. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the tour
(7) Refunds will be processed when the request is made via email to sales@happynztours.com with the booking number as reference.
(8) If due to unavoidable circumstances itinerary is altered, suitable alternatives will be provided. In the event of total cancellation of any event by Happy Nz Tours, appropriate refunds will be made
